      • madeinwindsor Says:

Hey, not sure if anyone responded to this but I just added you to our email list for the monthly calendar of events. I’m just trying to nail down the final details. SO much to organize! I’ll get it out as soon as possible. Plus I’ll post it on the blog. Hope to meet you soon!

  2. Chelynne Says:

Yes, I don’t use twitter, either so I feel out of the loop, too.

I have MIW on facebook, but don’t have the time to check back every day for the new class dates and such..

  3. nathalie Says:

Hey Christine if you could add me to your e-mail list. I would love to take part in these work-shops as well as the rise and shine for my little boy. Will you be doing that again?
Really happy to have discovered your blog

    • madeinwindsor Says:

I’ll add you to the mailing list right away and send you all the information. We’re keeping the storytimes since they are such a big hit!

  4. Sandra Caza Says:

    Thanks so much!

  5. Marsha Says:

Are there any more Rise n Shine storytimes coming up?

    • madeinwindsor Says:

      Hi Marsha,
Thanks for your interest! Since the storytimes have been going so well we’ve decided to keep them going for a few more weeks. You don’t need to register just drop in any of the following Wednesday mornings from 10-11am. The fee is $5 per week. We do a solid hour of books, songs, music, dancing, and crafts for the little ones. Here are the dates:
October 28, November 4, November 18. We’ll probably take a break for December and then start up again in the new year. Hope to see you out!

  6. Sarah Says:

    Hi there
I emailed you sometime ago, but never heard from you. I am wondering how you select your vendors etc? Also, Im interested in your sewing workshop, but do not have a sewing machine. Are you doing anything on hand sewing, and or can i attend in spite of not having my own machine so i can still learn how to work one?

    • madeinwindsor Says:

      Hi Sarah,
I’m so sorry that nobody ever got back to you. I checked all my old emails and don’t see anything from you so I’m not sure what happened….your message must be floating around in cyberspace somewhere looking for a home! Sorry about that! I do have a sewing machine here in the store that you could probably use but I’m not sure how good it is and I don’t have the manual for it. Let me check with the instructor and see what she says. Could you send me a reminder email to and I’ll be sure to get back to you this time! Thanks so much. As for consignors in the shop, we’re full in most categories at the moment with a fairly long waiting list. The best way to get on the waiting list is to send an email to that same email account describing what you make and attaching photos. If someone makes something in a category all its own that is super cool and we don’t have anything else like it AND we can find room, we might be able to get them in fairly soon. Otherwise, as I said, there will be wait…and I really have no way of knowing how long the wait will be. It all depends on the consignors already in here and whether they renew their contracts. Some days I wish I had a bigger space! Anyway, if you’re still interested send me some pics and we can go from there. Thanks so much!

    • madeinwindsor Says:

  7. Sarah Says:

Anyway, the time for all three weeks of the sewing class is 7-9 pm. I’ll add that to the blog right away. Thanks for the heads up.
